Crew Lead Painter

Description:

 The Crew Lead will focus on reading job requirements with product inventory and scheduling projects, prepare vehicle daily, gain a high level of respect with site managers, have developed skills needed to complete projects in a timely manner, lead, manage and hold others accountable for their responsibilities.  

 You must possess the skills of proper prep work, painting with an 18” roller, 9” roller, mini roller, and brush application of new construction homes and rental properties including custom paint.

 This crew lead will maintain a great relationship and high level of communication with property managers.

Accountabilities:

• Train and hold team accountable

• Notify management of vehicle maintenance (gas, oil, safety, etc.)

• Inform manager when products are needed

• Prepare vehicle daily

• Review schedule to properly lead crew

• Represent Weyer brand by always implementing and demonstrating Company core values

• Observe and communicate project status

Objectives:

• Manage and supervise crew (assistant crew lead and apprentices)

• Create a fun and positive work environment.

• Develop great relationships with local site managers.
